    Buffalo Bros or "Bros" to regulars is a chef driven Buffalo, New York style restaurant & bar.  Bros is a collaboration of fort worth native, chef Jon Bonnell & Buffalo native, chef Ed McOwen. Chef Ed, missing traditional Buffalo cuisine created our recipes to feature his hometown favorites.  If you are from Western New York hungry for a taste of Buffalo, please try our traditional wings, beef on weck, a-bomb, sahlen's hot dog, or pepperoni pizza & finish off with fried dough & loganberry.
